Terms and Conditions

• Party packages are for parties only; they cannot be purchased until a party is booked and paid for. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARTY BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE THE VENUE HIRE HAS BEEN PAID FOR AND PROOF OF PAYMENT IS FURNISHED
• The party room booking (venue hire) fee of R1000.00 is compulsory when booking for a party THIS IS NON -REFUNDABLE.
• The balance of payment for the party package must be settled before the party

  PARTY PACKAGE – R150.00 per child gets you 300 BONUS, which allows use of all rides and games, excluding cranes

  BONUS – THIS IS NOT CASH and cannot be used to purchase kiosk and cash items

• Number of kids allowed in party venue – Minimum: 10 Maximum: 30
• No refunds are permitted after the cards have been paid for & collected
• Left over bonuses do not expire and can be used any time after the party
• Party times must be strictly adhered to, there is 2-hour time limit per party, no exceptions.
• Party times are as follows – 09-11am, 12-2pm, 3-5pm, 6-8pm.
• You are allowed to book back-to back slots; however, the additional cost will equal to the same of the 1st time slot (same number of kids & additional venue hire)
• You will have 30 minutes prior to set up for your party and 30 minutes after to pack up (this will be strictly enforced in order for fairness to other patrons)
• You are responsible for your own catering & décor. NO cooking, use of gas, alcohol, appliances, sound system allowed on the premises. NO sticky tape or adhesives to be used on the walls.

You will be liable for any damages to property in the party area that you occupy.
