We have increased our cleaning procedures

Dear Funtubbles patron,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our community. Our top priority at Funtubbles is the safety and well-being of our patrons and staff.

While South Africa has not seen a large impact locally, we are diligently monitoring the guidance of the local health organizations. We pride ourselves on keeping our facility clean every day and to continue to offer a safe, fun place for families.

We have increased our cleaning procedures:

• Disinfecting “high touch” surfaces such as seats, handles, counters, railings, card terminals, and turnstileosn an hourly basis.
• Educating our staff on coronavirus prevention measures.
• Instructing employees to wash their hands per WHO guidelines at a minimum of once per hour.
• Asking employees who are sick or exhibiting symptoms to stay home.

Please note our staff have been instructed not to help children on and off

rides. Parents will be allowed to enter and assist their children. A strict no- touch policy has been implemented

We ask that you help by doing your part to prevent the spread of the virus. Take advantage of our sanitizer stations throughout the facility. If you currently have an event or birthday party scheduled with us and need to postpone it for any reason, we would be happy to reschedule it for you or issue a voucher for the deposit amount.
